HEMPER Shipping, Returns and Guarantee
Shipping
HEMPER offers free U.S. domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more and also ships internationally. Store orders can take 1 to 3 business days to receive tracking information, and up to 5 business days. International subscription box deliveries can take 7 to 21 business days.
Returns
HEMPER's return policy is stricter than many stores, so read it before you buy:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, and items must be unused and unaltered.
- Refunds are issued as online store credit, and HEMPER may apply a 50% restocking fee.
- Vaporizers, cleaning supplies, rolling papers and wraps cannot be returned.
- Final sale items (prices ending in .00, .96, .97 or .98) cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Broken Items
HEMPER does not advertise a money-back guarantee. If an item arrives broken and you did not buy shipping protection, contact HEMPER within 48 hours with photos for store credit. If you added the optional protection at checkout, claims can be filed within 15 days of delivery. Since much of the range is glass, the protection add-on is worth considering.
Is HEMPER Worth It?
HEMPER suits adults aged 21 and over who like collectible, themed glass and want a regular delivery of accessories. The HEMPER Box subscription offers a clear price advantage over the one-time price, and the prepaid 12-box plan lowers the cost further.
Before you buy, check your local laws, read the short 7-day return window and the store credit rules, and consider shipping protection for glass. If you subscribe, keep track of your billing date so you can skip, pause or cancel in time. For one-off purchases, compare the sale items with the 10% promo code to see which gives the better total.

Black Friday 2026 is on Friday, 27 November 2026. HEMPER has not announced a Black Friday sale yet. When HEMPER releases its Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals, we will post them on our HEMPER store page. For now, the subscription price, the sale bongs and code BVAFN0659 are the best current deals.
