Lofree shipping and returns

Shipping

• Lofree describes standard shipping as mostly free; express shipping costs extra.
• Orders are processed in 2 to 5 days. Standard delivery takes about 10 to 30 days and express about 7 to 10 days, and the store warns that Black Friday and Christmas can add time.
• Prices exclude VAT and import taxes, which depend on your country.
• Some places are not served, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. boxes are not accepted.

Returns and warranty

• For non-defective returns, you pay return shipping to Lofree's Hong Kong warehouse and the product cost is refunded once it arrives.
• Report a wrong item or colour within 7 days of delivery to hello@lofree.co with a photo and your tracking number.
• Products and batteries have a 12-month warranty from delivery. Claims need proof of purchase and a photo or video of the issue; misuse and modifications are not covered.

How to save at Lofree

1. Shop during Black Friday Month. The 20% keyboard and 30% accessory discounts are already built into prices.
2. Bundle accessories with a keyboard. Accessories carry the larger 30% discount, so a desk mat or palm rest costs less now.
3. Order early. Standard delivery can take weeks, so order early if the keyboard is a holiday gift.
4. Check the layout before you buy. Return shipping to Hong Kong is at your cost, so confirm the Mac or Windows version and size.
5. Follow Lofree's newsletter or community. The newsletter shares promos and events, and Lofree runs Discord and Facebook groups.
