Xplora shipping and returns
US orders ship from within the US, and the store states there are no tariffs or surprise taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt, undamaged, in original packaging, free of security locks and with proof of purchase. Email Xplora support for a return label; change-of-mind returns are usually at your cost, while faulty items are covered. Refunds go to your original payment method.
