Shipping, returns and warranty
Click & Grow offers free shipping on orders over $150, which covers the Smart Garden 9, 9 PRO and 27 on their own. A full refund is available up to 30 days after you receive your item, as long as the garden or pods are unused, in their original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. You pay return shipping on non-warranty returns, and you start a return through Click & Grow's support form.
Indoor gardens come with a 2-year warranty. Click & Grow also replaces plant pods that fail to sprout after three weeks, subject to conditions such as growing them in a Click & Grow garden indoors and sending photos of the setup. Report any delivery damage within 5 business days. Items bought from other retailers follow that retailer's return policy.
