Saatva Black Friday 2026 offers
Saatva runs limited-time promotional sales on saatva.com and shows them in a banner at the top of the site. What you can use right now is our partner offer, which takes $100 off orders of $1,000 or more, plus Saatva's standing ID.me discount and its free service perks.
One rule to keep in mind: Saatva says sale discounts cannot be combined. If a sitewide promotion is worth more than another discount you qualify for, the cart applies the larger discount automatically.

Saatva shipping and returns
Delivery
Saatva says white glove delivery is its service standard. It is free with every mattress, bedroom furniture and rug order. The delivery team sets up your new mattress and will take away your old mattress and foundation for free if you tick the removal box at checkout. Waterbed bases, standard metal frames, Sleep Number bases, stained or damaged mattresses and old furniture are excluded from removal. Mattress orders typically ship from the factory in 9 to 21 days, depending on your ZIP code. The local delivery partner confirms a four-hour window the day before.
Trial and returns
- Mattresses: 365 days from delivery to decide. You can exchange or return for a $99 processing fee.
- Foundations and bedroom furniture: 365-night home trial, with a $99 processing fee on returns.
- Mattress toppers: 180-night home trial, with no exchange option.
- Bedding: 45-day returns for a full refund, with no restocking fee.
- Adjustable bases: no home trial, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
Saatva warrants its mattresses against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own them. Bedding, bath products and rugs carry a 1-year limited warranty. The Saatva Adjustable Base has a 10-year limited warranty and the Adjustable Base Plus has a 25-year limited warranty.
How to use a Saatva promo code and save
Saatva's help centre says it does not use traditional promo codes. Instead, eligible discounts are applied automatically in the cart. To save:
- Click through to Saatva using our link. The partner offer is attached to your visit automatically.
- Add items to your cart. The $100 partner offer needs a total of $1,000 or more.
- If you are a service member, veteran, public servant, educator, senior or student, verify through the ID.me box at checkout for $225 off $1,000 or more.
- Check the banner at the top of saatva.com for any sitewide sale. Discounts do not stack, and the cart keeps the larger one.
- Choose Affirm at checkout if you would rather spread the cost.
